RETURNS EXCHANGES

We want you to love your Bureda Pearl! If for any reason you aren't happy with your purchase, please contact us immediately.

For a full refund, a return request must be submitted within 2 days of receipt. Any requests made after 2 days may be honored as an exchange. All exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt.

Returns and exchanges must be shipped in original brand packaging. They will be inspected for damages and will be denied if there is wear or damage to the piece.

If you wish to make a return, please email juicy@buredapearl.com and title the subject of your email “RETURN,” followed by the order number. We will send a prepaid shipping label for all returns. Once the return is inspected and accepted, the customer will receive a full refund to the original form of payment less the return shipping fees. 

If you wish to make an exchange, please email juicy@buredapearl.com and title the subject of your email “EXCHANGE,” followed by the order number.
